Two Equal Pieces
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Lucas cut the last sandwich for himself and his sister. One piece was much bigger. He reached for it, then stopped.
He moved the pieces together and cut them again more fairly. His sister smiled and carried their plates to the table. Nobody had needed to argue over lunch.
Micah teaches us to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. Doing justly includes being fair when we could quietly take more for ourselves. Humility remembers that another person's needs matter too.
God is not impressed by kind words that never become kind actions. Let one small choice today match what you know is right.

Micah addresses God's covenant people and contrasts impressive offerings with the obedience He requires. Justice, mercy, and humility cannot be replaced by religious display. These qualities are not a way to earn salvation.
