More Than an Inspiring Example

Jesus did not come only to show people how to be thoughtful. In John 10, the good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. His death deals with the sinner's need in a way our kindness never could.

He is the sinless Saviour who willingly died and rose again. We receive salvation through faith in Him, not by trying to match His sacrifice. Keep that truth clear before drawing a lesson about serving others.

Those who belong to Christ should learn from His love. Real care may cost convenience, attention, or an opportunity to be first. Serve with wisdom and appropriate boundaries. You cannot save another person's soul through personal sacrifice, but you can point to the Saviour while meeting a genuine need in front of you.
