Sam borrowed a toy truck and promised to return it before supper. He wanted one more trip across the garden, but the light was fading.
He brushed off the dirt and took it back. His friend was pleased to see it clean and on time. The next week, Sam was welcome to borrow another toy.
A good name means people have learned that you are trustworthy. Proverbs says that is worth more than riches. Sam did not need the biggest collection of toys to be a good friend. He needed to keep his word about the one he borrowed.
Take good care of what someone trusts you with.
